Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Do I need a card to start?
No. Register your email and create your store right away. You pay your platform subscription by transfer (in Egypt also through InstaPay or a wallet); paying the subscription online is coming.
What happens when the trial or subscription ends?
We remind you before. After it ends you have a few days of grace in which your store works as usual, then it closes temporarily until you subscribe. Within 90 days of your store closing you can download your data and renew; after that your data is permanently deleted. We remind you by email before then.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, from «Subscription & plan». When you upgrade during a paid period, the value of the remaining days is credited to you.
Will my store have a mobile app?
Yes, on request: get in touch with our team for the details and the cost; it is a separate service from the store subscription. It carries your store's name and logo in two templates («Souq» and «Rukn»), is linked to your store here, and you pick its template from your panel. Publishing it on the App Store and Google Play is coming soon.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the plans that include «Your own domain» (shown on each plan's card). Otherwise your store runs on its own subdomain.
Can I move my products from another store?
You import your products from a CSV file on the plans that include it, instead of typing them one by one.
Is there a limit on products and branches?
Yes, each plan has its own limits on products, branches, users and delivery drivers, shown clearly on each plan's card.
